How do I acclimate my cat to use the litter box?
If your cat is afraid of using the litter box at first, try adding used litter and cat urine balls, along with sprinkling catnip on the walkways for gradual adaptation. Turn off auto cleaning to prevent frequent triggers due to the cat's movement.
Why does my cat litter box always stop in the wrong position?
The device halts rotation upon detecting weight. Gravity sensors at each corner of the litter box bottom are sensitive. If a blanket or cat mat is beneath, it may impact sensor accuracy (e.g. cat weight). Please position the device on a firm surface.
What size of cat litter bag does the product fit?
